Purchases

The Camping Canadian is a Paypal verified company and follows the Purchase Protection agreement. Purchases on this website are strictly made in United States Dollars/USD. We accept payments from Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club and we will only process card transactions that have been authorized by these Payment Networks/Card Issuers.

You must provide your full name, current address, phone number, a valid email address, and any other information indicated as required.
The Camping Canadian may reject your application for a purchase, or cancel an existing purchase, for any reason, in our sole discretion.

Shipping and Returns

Please allow between 16-40 days for your order to arrive. If more than 40 days have passed please email us at support@camping.advancedrank.com to review the status of your order.

We at The Camping Canadian believe in value so we do our best to ensure tracking information is provided for your purchased goods. The Camping Canadian ships worldwide and all sales are final however, products damaged during shipping can be replaced by making a claim here within 14 days of the product arrival date. You must provide and picture of the damaged item and your receipt in order to make a claim. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
